How long does it take to make my order?
We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. For most US orders, plan on 7–10 business days door-to-door.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Yes - you can change or cancel an order that has already been submitted, as long as it isn't already being fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we'll edit the products, shipping options, or cancel it for you.
How does Manatee Shirt work?
Pick a shirt, upload your design, and share a link with your group. Each member opens the link on their phone and picks their size and color. When everyone has responded, you place the order and we print and ship - no spreadsheets, no chasing, no guessing.
Is Manatee Shirt free to use?
Yes - there's no charge to set up a group, share a link, or collect sizes from your members. You only pay for the shirts and shipping when you place the final order.
Do members need to create an account?
No. Members just open the link you share and submit their size. No app, no signup, no password - works on any phone, tablet, or computer.
