Manatee Shirt is a service of Keepr Holdings LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
- Account information. When a group manager signs in, we collect their email address through Firebase Authentication. We do not store passwords - sign-in is done via emailed magic links.
- Group information. Group name, product selections, design uploads, and any text the manager enters during setup.
- Member responses. When someone responds to a group's share link, we collect their name, email (if they provide one), and the size/color they selected.
- Order and shipping information. If a group places a paid order, we collect the shipping address, billing details, and payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Marketing opt-ins. If you check the marketing-email box during a response, we add your email to a separate marketing list. You can opt out at any time by emailing us.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, request times, error traces) used to operate and debug the service.
How we use it
- To run the group ordering flow you signed up for.
- To process payments through Stripe and submit orders to our fulfillment partner, Printful.
- To email you transactional notifications (order confirmation, shipping updates).
- To improve the product and respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with these vendors so the service can work:
- Google Firebase - authentication, database, file storage, hosting.
- Stripe - payment processing. Stripe receives card details directly; we never see them.
- Printful - production and shipping. Printful receives the order, the design files, the shipping address, and the recipient's name.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. If we are ever legally compelled to disclose information, we will do so only to the extent required.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember progress through the setup wizard. We may add analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) - if so, they will appear under industry-standard "third-party cookie" notices in your browser.
Your choices
- You can delete a group from your dashboard at any time, which removes the group's data and member responses.
- You can request the export or deletion of your account data by emailing us.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
Children
Manatee Shirt is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
